Avenue Supermart shares gain 0.86% as Sensex rises
Avenue Supermarts Ltd. traded 0.86 per cent higher in Friday's session at 11:52AM (IST). The stock opened at Rs 3709.95 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 3758.5 and Rs 3703.55, respectively, during the session so far.
The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 4348.0 and a 52-week low of 3292.65. About 6,151 shares changed hands on the counter so far.

Key Financials For the quarter ended 30-Sep-2023, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 12661.29 crore, up 6.36 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 11904.18 crore and up 18.62 per cent from the year-ago quarter. The company reported net profit of Rs 623.56 crore for the latest quarter.
Promoter Holdings Promoters held 74.65 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Sep-2023, while FIIs held 7.67 per cent and MFs 7.27 per cent.
Technicals On the technical charts, the 200-Day Moving Average (DMA) of the stock stood at Rs 3621.48 on October 27, while the 50-DMA was at Rs 3723.07. If a stock trades above 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it usually means the immediate trend is upward.
