Ayodhya will soon become the first Vedic sustainable city powered by artificial intelligence, according to a Times of India report. The Ayodhya Development Authority has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a Delhi-based firm, Arahas Technologies Pvt Ltd, to establish a Vedic sustainable city index platform.
The platform's primary objective is to facilitate decision-making for the implementation of sustainable practices, addressing the burgeoning needs of the local population.
The Yogi Adityanath government has taken proactive steps by forming a specialized board, Ayodhya Dham Teertha Vikas Parishad, to expedite the city's comprehensive development through sustainable measures.
Arahas Technologies Pvt Ltd, a prominent NCR-based private company renowned for developing geospatial IT and AI-based platforms, is spearheading the initiative to achieve advanced sustainability goals.
Saurabh Rai, CEO of Arahas Technologies Pvt Ltd, expressed confidence that Ayodhya, through this innovative index, will be positioned to compete globally, setting a precedent for other urban local bodies.
The conjoined cities of Ayodhya-Faizabad are anticipating a daily influx of around 50,000 visitors, a number expected to rise significantly following the inauguration of the Ram temple. The temple is scheduled to open for devotees on January 23, a day after the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, which will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.
It's noteworthy that the foundation stone for the Ram Temple in Ayodhya was laid by Narendra Modi on August 5, 2020.
