The new facility, located on the 7th floor of Summit B, is designed to support over 1200 seats. This marks the firm's second collaboration with Brigade Group, following the renting out of Summit A on the 8th floor of the same development.

BHIVE Workspace is expanding its managed office space portfolio by an additional one million sq ft during the current financial year as part of its broader strategy. “The company has already added two to three properties to its portfolio, significantly increasing its market presence”, he said.
The company projects a revenue target of Rs 348 crore for FY 2024-25, doubling its growth trajectory while maintaining profitability in the competitive managed office space market. This continued growth is supported by BHIVE Workspace's strong financial performance.
