The release date for Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 has been confirmed for October 6, 2024. This information was shared in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. The date comes after a gap of one year and three months since Part 2, which premiered in July 2023.
Part 3 of TYBW will be available on Hulu in the US. In the UK, fans will be able to stream it on Disney Plus. As with the previous two parts, it is expected to release at the same time on both platforms.
Plot
The story of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War focuses on the conflict between the Soul Society and the Wandenreich, a hidden Quincy faction. Following the death of Sōsuke Aizen, the Quincy's leader, Yhwach, views this as a chance to challenge the Soul Society. He believes the institution is flawed and aims to take control through violent means.
In this part, Ichigo and the Shinigami face off against Yhwach and his army. The ongoing conflict shapes the fate of both sides. But Part 3 will not conclude the story as a fourth and final part is yet to come.
