The anticipation was teased earlier on TikTok, where they rendezvous in a warehouse, breaking into synchronized moves when Usher's 2004 hit «Yeah!» kicks in. Earlier this month, Jung Kook released a remix of his recent single, «Standing Next to You,» featuring Usher. This updated version of the popular song is a duet between the two artists.
The track is part of Jung Kook's debut solo album, «Golden,» consisting of 11 songs. The album has contributions from notable artists such as Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, and Major Lazer, who served as songwriters and producers.
Released this month, «Golden» also includes collaborations with Latto in «Seven,» Jack Harlow in «3D,» Major Lazer in «Closer to You,» and DJ Snake in «Please Don't Change.» Similar to «Standing Next to You,» the song «3D» has its own remix featuring Justin Timberlake.
