Over the summer this year, Hunter Biden had pleaded guilty in connection to federal charges of failing to pay $1.4 million in taxes from 2016 to 2020. Moreover, in a separate case, he was also convicted of making false statements on a federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives form. Hunter was set to be convicted in the second week of December, on both of these cases, but right then, the Presidential pardons flew in from nowhere, and it now looks like the President's son is a free man. However, legal experts are now claiming that the pardon is airtight and cannot be overturned by any means.
