CBSE has revealed that the board examinations for Classes 10 and 12 for the academic session 2024-25 will start from February 15, 2025. Earlier in the day, CBSE declared the Class 10 results, with 93.60% of students passing the exam. Girls have outperformed boys by 2.04 percentage points, with 94.75% of girls clearing the exam. Over 47,000 students scored above 95%, and more than 2.12 lakh scored above 90%.
Additionally, officials noted that more than 1.32 lakh students have been placed in the 'compartment', showing a slight decrease compared to the previous year.
For the Class 12 board exams, CBSE announced the results, revealing that 87.98% of students have passed. This marks a 0.65% increase in the pass percentage since the previous year. A total of 18,417 schools conducted the CBSE Class XII examinations at 7,126 centers, with the Trivandrum region registering the highest pass percentage at 99.91%.
In the overall Delhi region, a pass percentage of 94.9% was recorded, with girls outshining boys by 6.40%, as 91.52% of girls and 85.12% of boys passed the exam.
Candidates can access their marks through various official channels, including results.cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, or cbseresults.nic.in, as well as through the UMANG app, Digilocker app, Pariksha Sangam portal, and SMS facility.
