Meanwhile, the Board on Tuesday announced that after the results are declared, students who are not satisfied with their marks can verify them, get photocopies of their answer books, and request re-evaluation.
«It has been observed that many students and parents approached to the CBSE after last date is over for availing these facilities on one or another pretext. It is important to note that these activities have a specific time limit and can only be accessed online. No request after last date and in offline mode will be accepted by the Board as this breaches important examination safety protocol,» reads the official notification.
The detailed procedures for applying for Verification of Marks, Obtaining Photocopy of the Evaluated Answer Book(s), and Re-evaluation of the answers for the candidates who have taken the Board Examinations in 2024 will be provided once the results are declared, CBSE said in the notification.
«All schools are asked to notify their students who took part in the Class X and Class XII exams about the information mentioned above,» it added.
Parents, students and schools are thus recommended to regularly visit the official website of the Board for more information and details.
