Kuki Inpi Manipur or KIM, the apex body of the Kuki tribes said that the ceaseless violence in Manipur is unmistakably part of the well-designed plan of the majority Meitei's «War of Independent Country» to secede from the Union of India.
This, according to the Kuki Inpi Manipur, can be proven by the revelation of Moirangthem Anand Singh, who was recently arrested by the National Investigation Agency in a case related to a Transnational Conspiracy by Myanmar-based leadership of terror outfits to wage a war against the Government of India by exploiting the current ethnic unrest in Manipur.
Moirangthem Anand Singh (45), son of (L) Achou Singh of Singjamei Makha Sorokhaibam Leikai is initially a trained People's Liberation Army (PLA) cadre who later joined the Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) Noyon group.
According to Manipur Police, Moirangthem Anand Singh was arrested six times in 1997, 2001, 2002, 20024, 2005, and 2009 while he was with the PLA, and he was once again arrested after joining the KCP (Noyon) group in 2010.
Recently, on September 16, he was arrested along with four others with sophisticated weapons, but released on bail a few days later a lot with the four others.
However, the NIA rearrested him in a case related to a transnational conspiracy case and brought him to New Delhi.
