Currently, this circulation is located over the Comorin area and extends up to the mid-tropospheric levels. On these days, isolated heavy to very heavy rain is likely in south Tamil Nadu, while the adjoining delta districts may experience isolated heavy rain.

Due to the prevailing conditions, there is a warning of squally weather with wind speeds of 40-45 kmph, gusting to 55 kmph along the coasts of South Tamil Nadu, North Tamil Nadu, Comorin area, Gulf of Mannar, and the southwest Bay of Bengal off the Sri Lanka coast. Fishermen are advised to avoid venturing into these sea areas during the mentioned period.
