Yi Peng 3, reported Tom’s Hardware.
According to Tom’s Hardware, the ship which was actually traveling from Russia to Egypt and was loaded with fertilizer allegedly dropped its anchor in Swedish waters while severing the BCS East-West Interlink cable and then damaging the C-Lion1 cable between Finland and Germany the following day.
The investigators noted that the ship dragged its anchor for over 100 miles while raising suspicions about the captain's awareness of the incident specifically since the ship's transponder was turned off during this time.
