Chiranjeevi announces new fantasy film
Telugu star Chiranjeevi has announced a new untitled feature film to be directed by Vassishta. The fantasy drama will be produced by Vamsi, Pramod and Vikram. Born Konidela Sivasankara Varaprasad, in a career spanning over four decades, Chiranjeevi has starred in over 150 feature films, predominantly in Telugu, as well as some in Hindi, Tamil and Kannada.
In 2006, he was honoured with the Padma Bhushan, India’s third-highest civilian award, for his contribution to Indian cinema. Chiranjeevi started his film career with Punadhirallu though his first released film was Pranam Khareedu. He is also known for playing the anti-hero in films like I Love You and K.
