Citigroup has helped many of its 200 Ukraine-based employees with their evacuation to Poland in the wake of Russia's invasion and continued attacks on the country, Financial News can reveal.
The US bank has been providing staff who who have left Ukraine with safe accommodation in Poland and handed additional emergency payments to affected employees to help with food and medical costs, according to a memo from chief executive Jane Fraser seen by Financial News.
