Citigroup has handed its UK staff an extra four days holiday a year in another attempt by the US bank to improve work-life balance in a bid to give it an edge over rivals.
The bank has increased holiday allowance for new employees in the UK to 27 days, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News, an increase of around four days.
