Coal India declares final dividend of Rs 5 per share

Coal India has announced payment of a dividend of Rs 5 per share for the financial year ended 2023-24.
The state miner on Thursday announced its March quarter earnings where it reported a 26% YoY growth in its consolidated net profit to Rs 8,682 crore.
During the financial year ended March 31, 2024, the company announced interim dividends on two occasions — the first interim dividend of Rs 15.25 per equity share was declared on November 10, 2023, while the second interim dividend of Rs 5.25 was announced on February 12, 2024, respectively.
