Property consultant Colliers India has adopted a flexible office strategy and as part of this, has moved into a new managed office space at Tablespace in Pune. Over the past three years, this is the fifth new office picked up by Colliers India, after Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.
“The new space is equipped with modern-day amenities that will boost productivity and efficiency. The workplace is welcoming, has ample collaboration rooms & open spaces and reflects our culture and values,” said Sankey Prasad, CMD, Colliers India.
The new co-working office in Pune has been leased for 3 years and will accommodate around100 real estate experts. In line with its growth plans, the firm had earlier shared its plan to hire 400 employees in 2023.
