Credit Suisse chairman António Horta-Osório has resigned from the Swiss bank after just eight months following a probe into his breaches of Covid-19 rules.
People familiar with matter said the investigation centred on the former Lloyds Banking Group chief executive's travel and personal conduct, the Wall Street Journal reported on 17 January. The bank has named Axel P. Lehmann, who joined Credit Suisse as chair of the risk committee from UBS in October.
