With this win, Canada's most awaited gold medal came after waiting for more than half a century, with the last one coming back in 1956.

Ethan Katzberg has been all about winning the gold medal here in Paris right from the start of the event. However, after his win, there were calls from Germans and Australians, about this man not being a Canadian by origin.
