Dan Da Dan Anime Release Date
Dan Da Dan is set to launch on October 3, 2024. Netflix confirmed the global release date on March 10 through social media. The show will be released in Japan on the same day and will air on MBS. Netflix holds global streaming rights for the anime. However, Crunchyroll also announced that it would stream the show in select regions alongside Netflix.
Manga Adaptation
Dan Da Dan is based on the manga series by Yukinobu Tatsu. The anime adaptation has been in development for a long time. Netflix will distribute the show globally. The anime is produced by Science SARU.

Plot
The anime tells the story of Momo, a high school student from a family of spirit mediums, and Okarun, her classmate and an occult enthusiast. They both hold opposing beliefs about the paranormal. Momo believes in ghosts but denies the existence of aliens, while Okarun believes in aliens but not ghosts.
