Annual ReThink HR Conclave 2023, organised by Sapphire Connect on the 21st of July 2023 in New Delhiwas an endeavour to De-Code, Discover & Determine: The Quantum Shift of HR. ReThink HR is an annual HR thought leadership conclave that has grown to be a congregation of India’s leading HR experts, practitioners and leaders. The Annual Report on CXO Moves introduced jointly by Sapphire Human Solutions and FICCI was presented to the HR fraternity at the Conclave.
The report provides valuable insights for leadership hiring by presenting the outcome of extensive study of CXO movements during 2022-23. The report also captures insights and observations from HR and business leaders. The tone of the Conclave was set by the Opening Keynote by Ashutosh Gupta, Country Manager, LinkedIn.
Addressing a packed hall on the theme ‘Extraordinary Times, Measures and the Quantum Shift in Human Resource’hesaid “Skills is the new currency for building future and there are four forces working around us right now and creating change around us which are: Cultural forces and that internet is gaining a lot of trust, which will pay a very important role, with AI. Generation forces, the Economic forces, inflation is driving a lot of different things and lastly the Technological forces with AI coming up". Country Head & Sr. Vice President CVENT, Anupam Arun, spoke eloquently about Events:: Movements :: Significant Swing in HR Functions.Calling for greater sensitivity quotient, he shared his personal philosophy of caring while driving profits and growth.
