Sean Diddy Combs' jail cell last month.
Eleven pages and eight pages of a calendar book containing notes written by Combs, 55, in his Brooklyn cell at the Metropolitan Detention Centre were confiscated as part of a planned sweep to address contraband and drugs, according to NBC News' coverage of court proceedings on Tuesday, November 19, as quoted in a report by US Weekly.
According to a report Diddy wrote about paying off witnesses and finding dirt on victims, according to prosecution assistant U.S. attorney Christy Slavik. Slavik was quoted as saying that a witness was paid off, and finding dirt on two different victims is not a privilege.

In court that day, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian ordered the prosecutors to get rid of copies of the notes. As prosecutors and Combs' legal team submit briefs about the raid over the next few weeks, the court will keep the papers.
