In a stock exchange filing, Sanofi India said: “The Board has declared an Interim Dividend of ₹50 per equity share of the face value of ₹10 each for the Financial Year ended 31st December, 2023, to be paid to those members whose name appear on the Register of Members of the Company on 7th March, 2024 being the Record Date. The said dividend will be paid on or after 20th March, 2024." Panchsheel Organics: The company has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.80 per equity share.
In a stock exchange filing, Panchsheel Organics said: “The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.80/- per share on Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2023-24, which is 8% of paidup share capital."
