The record date by the four companies to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders for their respective issues has been fixed on April 08.

5/ - each (i.e. 60%) for the financial year 2023-24 has been declared." Prima Plastics: The company has declared an interim dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share. In a stock exchange filing, Prima Plastics said: “We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on March 29, 2024 has declared an interim dividend of ₹2/- per equity share of face value of ₹10/- each for the Financial Year 2023-24.
The said dividend will be payable to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories as at the close of business hours on Monday, April 8, 2024 ("Record Date")." The Interim Dividend will be paid between April 16, 2024, to April 27, 2024.
