In some states, banks are closed on Tuesday due to festive celebrations. There will be a bank holiday on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Sikkim for Diwali (Bali Pratipada)/Deepavali/Vikram Samvant New Year Day/Laxmi Puja.
