NCR-based Migsun Group has announced that DMart has bought 47,000 sq ft of space at its Sector 22 Rohini project in Delhi for Rs 108 crore. DMart is a leading hypermarket retail chain and has acquired the project’s lower ground and first floors to set up a hypermarket store.
The complex has a generous provision of 210 parking slots, high-speed elevators, 24×7 security, and power backup. The MoU signing for the development is in progress and will soon be completed, to begin with the operations, the company said.
