Khalistani leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, in which he issues a threat to individuals planning to travel via Air India on November 19. Pannun's ominous message warned that their «lives would be in danger.»
«We are asking the Sikh people not to fly via Air India on November 19.
There will be a global blockade. On November 19, don't travel by Air India or your life will be in danger,» Pannun stated as per a video doing rounds on social media.
Furthermore, Pannun made claims that Delhi's Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport would be closed on November 19 and that its name would be changed. Notably, this date coincides with the final match of the ongoing cricket World Cup.
It is important to highlight that Pannun, the chief of the banned US-based Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) outfit, has been under the radar of India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) since 2019.
