Investing.com — US stock futures were trading in a tight range during Tuesday's evening deals, following a mixed session among major benchmark indices.
By 6:30 pm ET (11:30 pm GMT) Dow Jones Futures and S&P 500 Futures were down 0.1% apiece while Nasdaq 100 Futures were flat.
In extended deals, WD-40 Company (NASDAQ:WDFC) climbed 6.5% after the company reported first quarter EPS of $1.28 versus $1.05 expected on revenues of $140.4 million versus $134.4 million expected.
During Tuesday's regular trade, the S&P 500 shed 0.2%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell by nearly 158 points or 0.4%. Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Composite, ticked 0.1% higher.
The earnings season will kick into high gear on Friday with results expected from major financial heavyweights, including JPMorgan Chase & Co (NYSE:JPM) and Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC), as well as UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (NYSE:UNH) and Delta Air Lines Inc (NYSE:DAL).

On the bond markets, United States 10-Year rates were at 4.008%.
