Investing.com — US stock futures were trading lower during Thursday's evening deals, after major benchmark averages finished the regular session higher, with market participants proving optimistic as yields eased.
By 6:20 pm ET (10:20 pm GMT) Dow Jones Futures were flat while S&P 500 Futures fell 0.2% and Nasdaq 100 Futures dipped 0.4%.
In extended deals, Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) eased 2.9% after reporting Q4 EPS of $1.46 versus $1.39 expected, while revenues came in at $89.5 billion versus $89.31 billion expected.
Block Inc (NYSE:SQ) surged 14.8%, reporting Q3 EPS of $0.55 versus $0.47 expected, with revenues reported at $5.62 billion versus $5.42 billion expected.
Atlassian (NASDAQ:TEAM) fell 10.4%, reporting Q1 EPS of $0.65 versus $0.54 expected on revenues of $978 million versus $965.7 million expected.
Cloudflare (NYSE:NET) fell 4% after reporting Q3 EPS of $0.16 versus $0.10 expected on revenues of $335.6 million versus $330.51 million expected.
Ahead in Friday's trade, focus will be on the monthly nonfarm payrolls report and average hourly earnings data as well as a speech from Fed Vice Chair for Supervision Barr.
During Thursday's regular trade, the Dow Jones Industrial Average added 564.5 points or 1.7% to 33,839.1, the S&P 500 added 1.9% and the NASDAQ Composite lifted 1.8%.
On the bond markets, United States 10-Year rates fell to 4.663%.
