Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday addressed the Rouse Avenue Court where he questioned the legitimacy of his arrest by the federal agency.
The arrested leader was produced before special Judge Kaveri Baweja by the Enforcement Directorate as his custody ends today.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in his statement before Rouse Avenue court said, «I was arrested, but no court has proved me guilty yet. CBI filed 31,000 pages and ED has filed 25,000 pages related to this matter. Even if you read them together, I would like to ask why have I been arrested? My name came to light only in four statements of four people.»
Kejriwal also made a statement on the issue of electoral bonds and states that BJP is getting money. He alleged political conspiracy behind his arrest. He points out that people are being turned 'approver' in the case and they are being forced to change their statements.
«ED arrest is a political conspiracy, approver gave BJP Rs 55 crore,» he said.

In his statement, he also claimed that he gave some documents to Manish Sisodia. He further added that several bureaucrats and MLAs regularly visited his residence.
