Nathalie Wallace (pictured), has joined the firm after a two-year stint at Natixis Investment Management.
Based in Paris, she will oversee the group's sustainable initiatives, both in asset management and private banking. She will also develop the investment house's strategic ESG focus, working with the investment teams to ensure sustainability objectives are met.
She held the role of global head of sustainable investment at Natixis since September 2021 and prior to that, worked for Mirova as head of strategy and business development and for State Street Global Advisors as global head of ESG investment strategy.

She will also help advance the firm's objective to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, as part of its recent commitment to the Net Zero Asset Managers Initiative (NZAM).
Wallace will report to Cynthia Tobiano, deputy CEO of the group, and Christophe Caspar, global CEO of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management.
