She filed two petitions in the Manhattan Supreme Court on Friday, requesting sole custody of her 5-month-old son and a formal declaration that Elon Musk is the child's father, as quoted in a report by The NY Post.
What does the paternity petition claim?
In a paternity petition, St. Clair argues that she and Musk conceived the child while visiting St. Barths in January 2024, and she wants the SpaceX and Tesla CEO to be recognized as the child's legal father, as per a report.
In order to ascertain whether Elon Musk is the father, she even requested that the court issue an order compelling him to take a genetic test. A picture of Musk holding a baby and alleged flirtatious texts between the two are included in the court filing, as per a report by The NY Post.
