Evan Ellingson grew up in La Verne, California, alongside his three brothers. He was an avid sports enthusiast, engaging in activities like surfing, snowboarding, skating, and even exploring mountain climbing and scuba diving. His passion for sports paved the way for his entry into the world of stardom. At the age of ten, he was spotted at a skatepark, leading to an invitation to join the Vans PeeWee team and participate in a Vans Company commercial. His remarkable charisma and talent eventually led to him starring in a trilogy of short films, where a character was specifically written for him. This marked the beginning of his rapidly advancing career.
Evan Ellingson's journey began with appearances in commercials during his childhood, including one for the clothing and shoe company, Vans. He secured a regular role in the Fox sitcom Titus in 2000 and, in 2004, he starred in the ABC sitcom Complete Savages as Kyle Savage, alongside Erik von Detten and Keith Carradine.
