Exit polls on Saturday evening predicted a sweeping victory for the ruling BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the general election, surpassing its numbers in 2019. Some exit polls said the NDA was likely to touch the 400 figure, one of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's key campaign aims.

The Lok Sabha has a total 545 members, two of whom are nominated. The general election was held in seven phases between April 19 and June 1. The exit polls were announced after voting ended on Saturday.
India Today-Axis My India and News24-Today's Chanakya said the NDA would get about 400 seats. India Today-Axis My India put the NDA at 361 to 401, with the opposition INDIA bloc at 145.
The ABP-CVoter survey said the NDA could get 368 seats and INDIA bloc 167. As per TV9 Bharatvarsh, NDA is likely to get 342 and the INDIA grouping, 166 seats. According to the Times Now-ETG survey, the NDA could get 358 and the opposition bloc, 132 seats.
