analytics software provider to business-to-business (B2B) marketing teams, said on Tuesday it has raised $3.6 million in funding led by Stellaris Venture Partners. Returning investors in this pre-Series A funding round included Elevation Capital and Emergent Ventures. Both had co-led a $2 million seed funding round in August 2021.
Angel investors included Vetri Vellore, founder of Microsoft-acquired Ally.io, Sreedhar Peddineni, co-founder and chief executive of GTM Buddy, Khadim Batti, cofounder and CEO of Whatfix, among others, a company statement said. The startup — founded by Srikrishna Swaminathan, Aravind Murthy, and Praveen Das in 2020 — aims to use the capital to scale its go-to-market teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success while bolstering its product and engineering divisions, the statement added. “With our industry-leading solutions, we are poised to make a profound impact by facilitating efficient pipeline growth, bridging the gap between sales and marketing, and delivering value to our customers.
We also plan to achieve profitability and expand our customer base,” said Swaminathan, cofounder and CEO of Factors.ai. Factors.ai offers features including account intelligence, analytics for individual accounts, and the overall sales funnel and revenue attribution. It uses data to help sales teams to target the correct accounts to maximise pipeline generation.
