The Financial Conduct Authority blocked at least 23 emails from workplace union Unite as staff attempted to join forces to fight changes to pay and conditions at the regulator, new figures reveal.
While the regulator says that the emails, which were blocked over October have now all been released after security checks, the screening has added to staff frustrations that their attempts to protest a planned overhaul to how they are paid are being stifled by management.
