Fedbank Financial Services (Fedfina) has raised 324.6 crore from 22 anchor investors by allotting 23.2 million shares at the upper price band of 140 per equity share ahead of its IPO.
Key anchor investors include HDFC Mutual Fund, HDFC Life Insurance, SBI Life Insurance, Nippon Life India, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, Tata AIA Life Insurance, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Societe Generale, Goldman Sachs (Singapore), among others.
