Georgia boy, featured in Netflix's Unsolved Mysteries, found in Colorado seven years after disappearance
Georgia teenager, whose disappearance recently featured in Netflix's Unsolved Mysteries, has reportedly been rescued from Colorado. Abdul Aziz Khan, now 14 years old, was reported missing in 2017 after his mother failed to show up at a scheduled custody hearing.
Boy's mother, stepfather arrested
The minor boy's mother, Rabia Khalid, and his stepfather have now been arrested on charges of kidnapping, the police said, as per the New York Post. Abdul was reportedly found by Deputies of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office. The officers were responding to an unrelated call about a possible burglary attempt at a home in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, when they discovered the lost child on February 23, according to reports.

How did cops find Abdul Aziz Khan?
After arriving at the scene of the suspected break-in, the officers found two adults inside the house and two children in a vehicle parked outside. The two suspected burglars — Khalid (40) and her husband Elliot Blake Bourgeois — claimed to be associates of the property's realtors. However, the deputies started to dig deeper into their identities after inconsistencies in the duo's stories raised suspicion.
