Goan luxury real estate developer Sun Estates is expected to generate Rs 320 crore from two projects Sol Reserve and Saipem Hills 2, a senior executive said.
Sol Reserve will have 16 ultra-luxurious 4 BHK villas, priced from Rs 7 crore.
Another project Saipem Hills 2 will have villas ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 sq for and each villa comes complete with private pools, gardens, and fully furnished interiors.
These villas are priced between Rs 6 crore and Rs 20 crore.
“We want to create exceptional living spaces that capture the essence of Goa's charm and beauty. Sol Reserve and Saipem Hills 2 will offer luxury, comfort, and sustainability,“ said Suraj Morajkar, MD, Sun Estate Developers.
The positive impact of the mega airport project in Mopa will also cascade to other nearby regions such as Morjim, Assagao and Siolim where the real estate demand will receive a major thrust.
Suraj Morajkar established one of the Hilton Group's first resorts in Goa and has also developed villas for celebrities such as Neha Dhupia, Chunkey Pandey, Yuvraj Singh, designer Ritu Kumar, MD and CEO of Eicher Motors Vikram Lal, Ronit Roy and Jackie Shroff.
Sun Estates has projects in North Goa in places like Candolim, Saipem, Nerul, Pilerne, Assagao, Morjim, and Batim.
