She has also worked in a range of property management roles for other housing associations and private investors, including Optivo, One Housing and Heylo.

Meanwhile, Painter will be responsible for growing the group's portfolio in both the shared ownership and build-to-rent sectors.

He brings 11 years of experience and has overseen £500m of residential real estate development projects in the UK and Europe. Most recently, he was senior development manager at CA Ventures, having previously held development manager roles at Guild Living and Unite Students.

Gresham House offers long term equity investments into UK housing, through unlisted investment and listed vehicles, such as the £373m Residential Secure Income REIT.
