This election saw voting in 57 constituencies across eight states and union territories.
Voting has already taken place for 486 Lok Sabha seats in six phases, with a turnout of 66.14 per cent, 66.71 per cent, 65.68 per cent, 69.16 per cent, 62.2 per cent, and 63.36 per cent in the first six phases, respectively. This election features billion voters and 8,360 candidates, reflecting the democratic spirit of the nation.
