The grand unveiling is scheduled for July 3 at 7.20 pm and will be streamed live on Harley-Davidson India's official YouTube channel. In a prior announcement, the renowned US-based brand disclosed the key features of the X440 motorcycle.
It will be equipped with a robust air/oil cooled single-cylinder engine, boasting a capacity of 440cc. The retro tread pattern on the MRF tyres adds a touch of nostalgia to the bike's appearance. Both the front and rear wheels are fitted with single-disc brakes, ensuring optimum safety for riders.
Additionally, dual-channel ABS comes as a standard feature. Exclusive images released by the company showcase the X440's distinctive elements. The motorcycle flaunts a stylish round headlight with integrated Harley-Davidson branding, complemented by a single-pod instrument cluster and a sleek flat handlebar.
The machined alloy wheels and classic round indicators add to its timeless design. The front wheel measures 18 inches, while the rear wheel comes in at 17 inches. The X440's sturdy structure is supported by a tubular frame, complete with preload-adjustable twin shock absorbers.
According to some reports, the X440 will be competitively priced at approximately Rs 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom), but no official has been made regarding this information.
