Havells India shares gain 2.31% as Sensex falls
Havells India Ltd. traded at Rs 1548.9 on BSE at 10:20AM (IST) on Tuesday, up 2.31 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1158.5 and a high of Rs 1590.9.
Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.
At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 82.12 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 18.86 per share and 11.24 times its book value, as per BSE data.
A total of 51,396 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:20AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 97073.2 crore and is part of the Electronics/Electricals industry.
The scrip has been an outperformer, up 30.33 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 26.94 per cent gain in Sensex.
During the day, the stock moved between Rs 1557.4 and Rs 1516.35.
Promoter/FII Holding Promoters held 59.43 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2023. FII and MF ownership in Havells India Ltd. stood at 23.96 per cent and 3.81 per cent, respectively.
