When will the services be unavailable?
As per the bank’s official website, services that will not be available on HDFC Bank NetBanking and the MobileBanking App are:
- 9th June 2024 from 3:30 AM to 6:30 AM IST (3 hours)
- 16th June 2024 from 3:30 AM to 7:30 AM IST (4 hours)
During this period, the following services will not be available
- Account related services
- Deposits
- Fund Transfers (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS)
- Account Statement Downloads
- External/Merchant Payment Services
- Instant Account Opening
- UPI Payments
Previous scheduled maintenance
In an earlier scheduled maintenance, HDFC Bank debit, credit and prepaid card transactions were not available on June 4, 2024 from 12:30 AM — 2:30 AM and on June 6 from 12:30 AM — 2:30 AM. All debit, credit, prepaid card services were temporarily unavailable on HDFC Bank’s ATM, POS (Card Swipe Machine at Stores), Online(Payment Gateway portal) and Netsafe transactions.
