NASA astronauts who have been stuck on the ISS for five months have been consuming a lot of pizza, roast chicken, and even prawn cocktails, but they haven't had much fresh produce to add to their diet.
Butch Wilmore, 61, and Sunita Williams, 59, are being closely watched by space agency doctors for their diets and health after a recent photo revealed Williams to be noticeably thin.
The New York Post was informed by a specialist involved in the troubled Starliner mission that the two are eating a wide range of foods, such as pizza, prawn cocktails, roast chicken, tuna, and breakfast cereal with powdered milk, while medical professionals make sure they are consuming enough calories.

But in terms of fresh fruit and vegetables, the grub, which is created at the Johnson Space Center's Space Food Systems Laboratory in Houston, is restricted. According to the expert, the ISS only restocks produce every three months.
