Wentworth Securities is getting busy with a pair of ex-PAC Partners dealmakers, launching a new firm to go after deals up and down the east coast.
Alphine Capital co-founder and director Malcolm Nutt Monique Lovick
Alpine Capital brings Wentworth Securities together with the newly formed RE Capital Advisory and will see the expanded firm hit three verticals: wealth management, institutional broking and corporate finance, largely servicing emerging companies.
PAC Partners head of corporate finance Charles Reed and director James Emonson formally left the boutique advisory firm this month.
To the tie-up, RE Capital brings its corporate advisory expertise. Wentworth is a full-service broker offering corporate finance, institutional broking and wealth management.
The top Wentworth team is made up of head of wealth management Thomas Schoenmaker, head of institutional sales Phil Cawood and director Malcolm Nutt, who is also a foundering partner at agri-food tech fund Cultiv8.
Alpine is expected to start marketing a new initial public offering next month.
