Weather update today: IMD issues red alert for heatwave in THESE states The News Himachal reported that rainfall will occur in several districts of Himachal Pradesh till April 30. The weather department has also issued a heatwave alert for Maharashtra's Thane, and Raigad districts and parts of Mumbai from April 27 to 29.
In Jharkhand, the weather office has also predicted temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius across most areas of the state. Above-normal temperatures are predicted in areas including Kolhan, Santhal, and North Chotanagpur divisions until April 29.Milestone Alert!
