In a stock exchange notice today (18 April), the trust said it has provided a «comprehensive response» to a pre-action letter issued by Harcus Parker on behalf of a group of shareholders claiming that Home and «certain other parties provided false, untrue and/or misleading information to investors». Home REIT has denied the allegations and seeks to defend itself against them.
