Bajaj Auto has brought Husqvarna Motorcycles much-anticipated 2024 models of Svartpilen 401 and Vitpilen 250 into India. This latest range represents a comprehensive redesign, featuring entirely new engines, chassis, advanced technology, and updated styling. The Svartpilen 401, a dynamic Scrambler, is equipped with a powerful 399 cc 45 HP engine, premium paint finish, adjustable WP suspension, spoke wheels, Pirelli Scorpion tires, Easy Shift technology, and a TFT display.
On the other hand, the Vitpilen 250 is an urban Roadster boasting a new 249 cc 31 HP engine, premium paint finish, WP suspension, Bosch ABS, and an LCD display. The 2024 lineup excels in various aspects compared to its predecessor, including road presence, seat height, ground clearance, tank capacity, pillion comfort, and cornering dynamics. In 2019, Bajaj Auto had launched Husqvarna motorcycles in India and has been manufacturing some models at it plants for exports.
The Svartpilen 401 is priced at Rs. 2,92,000 ex-showroom Delhi, while the Vitpilen 250 is available at Rs. 2,19,000 ex-showroom Delhi, featuring premium finishes and distinctive decals. Husqvarna Motorcycles, with a heritage dating back to 1903, is celebrated as one of the longest-running and revered motorcycle brands globally. The 2024 Svartpilen and Vitpilen will be available at KTM-Husqvarna Motorcycles authorized dealers in India from the end of January 2024, offering a 2+3 year warranty with a service interval of 7,500 km.
