Hyderabad has been arrested for murdering his own eight-year-old daughter to make her wife suffer. As reported by the Times of India, the accused, Chandrasekhar, picked his daughter, Mokshaja, from school in the BHEL township on a seemingly ordinary Friday afternoon. However, within a mere ten-minute drive, the unthinkable transpired.
Chandrasekhar allegedly used a blade to slit the young girl's throat in the Chandanagar police station limits. Mokshaja, a fourth-grade student, tragically lost her life. The nightmarish drama took a new turn that Friday evening when a car, driven by Chandrasekhar, collided with a road divider in Koheda.
Promptly, local residents rushed to aid the passengers, only to discover a young girl in school uniform lying unconscious and bleeding profusely. Chandrasekhar, the driver of the vehicle, was apprehended by the concerned locals, who immediately alerted the authorities. Upon arrival at the scene, the police discovered the girl had already succumbed to her injuries, with a visible cut on her neck.
According to an official police statement, it appears that Chandrasekhar was attempting to swiftly dispose of the body. He took to the Outer Ring Road (ORR) near Patancheru and was en route to Abdullapurmet, situated on the outskirts of the city, in an effort to conceal the heartbreaking crime. Authorities are now investigating whether the car accident was a deliberate attempt on Chandrasekhar's part to cover up his daughter's murder and project it as an accident.
