A musician who goes by the name Claude took to social media platform X to share her new job-seeking strategy. Instead of relying on job portals like Indeed, she began using Hinge to ask potential matches if they were hiring. In a viral post that garnered over 2.1 million views, she wrote, «I'm done with Indeed applications. I'm taking matters into my own hands.»
Claude also shared screenshots of her interactions on Hinge, where she directly asked matches about job opportunities. In some exchanges, she bypassed greetings and got straight to the point, while in others, she humorously responded to compliments by shifting the conversation toward job prospects.
